Okay, two things:
First, I was trying to search for this image and got this Yelp page as the first result. The internet is doomed.
Second, I misremembered the name of this artist as "They Eat Babies?" and thought this might have been advertising for a show.

When I read Autonomous, Annalee Newitz's 2017 sci-fi novel about biohacking and robots, shortly after it came out, I felt the least believable part was that there was a train to UBC.

There's still no train!

"It would be easy enough to get to the university from the local train station outside Aberdeen Centre, and the hour was late enough that the humans would have arrived for work in Bobby's lab. At last she had a focus for her attention: taking the train to UBC.
When Paladin emerged from the train station, she was at the southeast side of the campus, on a footpath shaded by maples. While she paused to geolocate herself, Bug emerged from the station and hovered beside her, broadcasting nothing. His carapace was a uniform black like her own."

I recently found a collected edition of Biohazards that the Manga Mania publishers (Manga Entertainment) put out in the UK.

Two versions of Dirty Pair: Biohzards.
One is larger with a black background. The other is smaller with a green background. They have differing drawings of the main characters in the same poses.

Glad there's another librarian card coming out for Magic: the Gathering, but in a game where your deck is literally called your "library" it seems absurd that there are so few of these.

I have this weird colour changing cube thing and every year I make it orange and do a different "jack-o-lantern" design using electrical tape before putting it in the window.
It is more pumpkin orange in real life.

BATTLE CHASERS #10 Update!

I'd like to apologize for the lack of information regarding BC#10. I've
recently been given the extraordinary opportunity of starting up a game
development company with a very talented group of people ( check out
www.trilunar.com for more info! ) . As many of you know, this has been a
dream of mine for some time. At first it seemed like I might be able to
handle all my new responsibilities while still working on BC, but it's just
not possible. Sure, I could probably still get 2 or 3 issues out a year, but
this is not how I want to handle the series.

So, after much inward reflection and deliberation, I have decided to cancel
this issue and put the series on hold. I would rather not speculate as to
when we will see Battle Chasers resurface, except to say that it WILL
happen, but not until I can commit myself to it fully. A lot of folks at
TriLunar love Battle Chasers too, and want to see the book continue, so
believe me when I say that as soon as I can manage it I will!

Why not just release issue #10? Unfortunately, #10 introduces a few
important elements to the story that are not resolved for several more
issues. While issue #9 is not the most ideal point in the story for a break,
it's the best one until around issue #12 or so. Basically, releasing issue
#10 would force me to do two more issues, and it's not something I can
realistically handle at this time ( without more tremendous delays).

I'd like to apologize to all the fans who have waited patiently for this,
and other issues since the series began. I'd also like to thank Jim
Valentino and Image for being so understanding in this matter. It sounds
like PR fluff, but let me tell you, these guys have been extremely helpful
and supportive since day one.

BATTLE CHASERS MOVES TO IMAGE CENTRAL

November 20, 2000

Orange, CA – Image Comics, Inc. and Joe Madureira have jointly announced that one of the most popular comics of the decade, BATTLE CHASERS, will be moving to Image Central.

Battle Chasers will continue its current numbering, beginning its Image Central run with issue 9, which ships in April, 2001.

Joe Madureira regarding his move to Image, "I feel like this is a new beginning for Battle Chasers. My time with Cliffhanger and Wildstorm has proven an invaluable experience for me as an artist, and moreso as a creator. I've worked with some great people, and made many long-lasting friendships. The amount of encouragement and support I've already received from Image has been overwhelming."

Madureira added, "I feel like the series is growing into something larger than even I anticipated, and I know in my heart that Image is the only place creator-driven enough, flexible enough, to allow me to make Battle Chasers all it was meant to be. Namely, the most blisteringly kick-ass comic on the market."

Image publisher Jim Valentino noted, "We are very excited to be making this announcement. Battle Chasers is one of the best, most imitated books on the market. We are confident in Joe’s recommitment to his book and to this industry and believe this title adds more prestige and more momentum to the new Image."

Anthony Bozzi, Image’s Director of Marketing said, "I’m just beaming. Joe Mad brings a wonderfully positive and contagious creative energy to every company he works at. Joe and ‘Chasers offers inspiration to our other great Image talents and titles.

Bozzi also added, "I would be extremely remiss if I did not publicly thank Erik Larsen, who spearheaded this negotiation in it's earliest stages."
