A simple animation based on another one of my woodcut-style photo bashes. A rundown hotel in an anonymous back alley. Who stays here, who knows, but there are always vacancies...

Inspired by traditional woodblock styles, these start as microscale LEGO builds. I photograph them with studio lighting to capture traditional palettes. Then I layer hand-drawn and digital elements for the final composition.
