Don't worry I think the same about this place to be honest. 2 grants rejected and 2 papers rejected so far this year....but then again teaching has been really rewarding - seeing the visually impaired student recieving her degree today was one of the highlights of my year.

Also want to make some new formers as didn't get any for the smaller tanks? If anyone can suggest where to get them from.
