Ink Cap mushrooms. Apparently edible but poisonous with alcohol. So the old days of Stoke in that London, a full English and 3 pints at Spoons Euston is to be avoided if these are on the menu. Fun police are out early today!

Not the greatest photo but we got a Kingfisher at Trentham this morning. Was hoping to get closer at the other side of the hide but it made a bolt for it.

Little Stanley was put down this morning. He was a rescue dog in SC and came over when the kids came back to live. He's got to be 15 at least and had a good life, certainly better than the one he might have had. We were looking after him for the weekend. He's been a grand chap. Sleep well mate.
