Today in neurodivergency, my PT alerted me that I’ve been only doing 1/3 of the programme she developed because she said ‘this is what you’ll do every workout’ while showing me an app after demonstrating some exercises. Turns out she meant using the app, I’m to use the app every workout.

Just remembered I asked my first driving instructor if his commuter town was a nice place to live and he said ‘yes but you would probably want to look for somewhere with better public transport links’ and it’s just occurred to me that was such a shady comment lol
