On the important issue of discrimination, Clause 9 makes it clear that a transsexual person would have protection under the Sex Discrimination Act as a person of the acquired sex or gender. Once recognition has been granted, they will be able to claim the rights appropriate to that gender. The double standard is especially apparent when you count the fact that the Children's Commisioner found that Twitter was the platform on which children were likeliest to encounter porn, and Musk has reinstated the account of someone posting CSAM.

Pornography is not confined to dedicated adult sites. We found that Twitter was the online platform where young people were most likely to have seen pornography. Fellow mainstream social networking platforms Instagram and Snapchat rank closely after dedicated pornography sites.

What is even the point of Ofcom if "Queer people are nonces. JK! But maybe..." isn't worthy of a fine?

Even their explanation says that his comment of claiming "LGBTQ+ includes paedos" is "reflecting a serious point."
It said: “For the avoidance of doubt, we entirely acknowledge the nature of the potential offence caused by Josh Howie’s comments. The conflation or association of homosexuality with paedophilia is a harmful and homophobic trope. We also acknowledge that Mr Howie’s comment was misinterpreted by some to endorse the homophobic trope.” The broadcaster said that in the full context of the programme, which was described at launch as a show that looks “at things sideways so we often spot the irony, the paradoxes and even the absurdity of serious things”, it was unlikely to have caused offence. It described Howie’s comment as “a joke…that reflected a serious point too”.
