usually I cook at least 1 1/2 c. rice & maybe 2 2/3 water. my preference isn't sticky tho. if I want it a little crispier after the time is up I keep cooking on lowest setting no lid for a minutes. This pan tho so stained is my fav & even times Ive burned things (I'm classic A.D.D.) easy to clean

we don't even wear shoes inside. This Little Green Bissell pulled out all this from smallish living room area rug! ( should I start making my dog wear shoes?!) gross- but oddly satisfying. doing this until clear
