Believer. Wife. Mom. Grandma. Living with MS.
A couple good things about being in a wheelchair: the grandkids 1) enjoy going on rides (extra snuggles for me) and 2) they have learned compassion at such young ages (myself a frequent benefactor).

Science matters. Words matter. People matter. Just sayin’.

Every time I think, “I can’t believe they…”, I have to stop myself because yes, yes I can. It still saddens and sickens me.

I’ve heard the phrase, “word salad.” To me, it’s just gibberish. Geez already.

I believe in prayers. Truly, I do. However, the Bible warns about those who pray falsely for their own attention. In praying, we must be willing to stand by those prayers with action and love, not just words. God does not simply grant wishes.

Saying you need an AR-15 to hunt is like saying you need dynamite to fish.

Stop the nonsense.

@mluckovich.bsky.social nailed it. Again, this is not OK.

I don’t understand how hate has become good and history has become bad. This is not ok.

I really don’t give a rat’s behiney what Volodymyr Zelenskyy wears to the White House meeting. I can think of a thing or two much more important about this visit.

So now South Carolina is sending troops to DC, too? How embarrassing.

Try as I might, I cannot understand how people who know a bully is a bully continue to enable that bully to be a bully.

Controlled burning: intentional application of fire under specific conditions to manage land & reduce wildfire risk. The planned burns mimic natural fire regimes &are crucial for maintaining healthy ecosystems, reducing fuel loads, &improving habitat for various species. So, yes, fight fire w/ fire.

Maybe I’ve seemed old fashioned before, but I never knew it was from using the term “groceries.”

This is so adorable. Dogs are the best. People not always so much. The people loving on these pups are wonderful, though.
Please enjoy these shelter pups reacting to getting a kiss. Some are bashful, some have butterflies, and all deserve approximately 10 million more. 14/10 for all

It sounds simple. But in today’s political climate, truth-telling feels like resistance. When misinformation gets a microphone and lies go viral, Christians are called to something different, something costly.

Not silence.
Not cynicism.
Truth.

Not to win an argument, but to stay faithful.
