how many times this year do we need to move furniture and empty closets, godddd. I am rain’s number one fan but I’m very concerned when it gets so extreme like this

I told my dad with climate change we need to have sand bags for heavy rain now even though we’ve never needed them before. we’re not in a flood zone but I think we need flood insurance. we literally JUST put this new carpet in in august 😭
