🎉Today has seen a big surge in signatures. We’ll hit 30k within hours 🎉

Please keep sharing across all your networks.

Personally I’d love us to hit 50k by the end of Pride Month.

Let’s do it women of Bluesky.

UPDATE:

Susan Hall - @londonassembly.bsky.social member - in The Telegraph:

"Whilst a vast majority of trans people just want to live their life in peace and don't wish harm on anybody, it has been evident in the past that this isn't always the case."

This is not just a careless remark..

Susan Hall, Conservative @londonassembly.bsky.social member, has once again revealed her disdain for Londons Trans+ community

In a recent anti-Trans article, she suggests that:

- A Trans coming-of-age TV show somehow endangers women’s spaces

- Trans people pose a threat to cisgender people

I cannot stress enough how often, when some one is 'accused' of something to do with trans people, it's Helen Joyce doing the accusing

This is seriously badder than bad 👇🏽
For GPs, focus is always on maintaining patient trust in how their confidential data is handled

We were not aware that GP data, collected for Covid-19 research, was being used to train an AI model, “Foresight”….

TW Suicide

On the 3rd anniversary of my daughter Alice’s death, I’m sharing this in the hope it will eventually help reverse the anti-trans measures sweeping the UK, measures I know harm trans people.

I can’t send Alice a gift. Instead I have sent our PM another letter.

Our government knows.
Republicans in Utah commissioned an investigation into gender-affirming care for trans youth after banning it in 2023.

They're now rejecting the findings of that investigation which showed access to care reduced suicides and improved "positive mental health and psychosocial functioning outcomes."
Utah lawmakers’ own study found gender-affirming care benefits trans youth. Will they lift the treatment ban?
The Utah Legislature's own newly-released study found that gender-affirming care benefits trans youth. Now, will lawmakers lift the treatment ban?

Watching the wildly different trajectory of these two treatments, weight loss drugs for obesity and puberty blockers for gender affirming care, occurring in real time over just the last year, has been a simple and stark lesson in how values, not evidence, are driving decision making.

UK ranked second worst in western Europe & Scandinavia for LGBT+ laws

Despite coming in first place in 2015, Britain has slipped further down the index every year since and is now ranked only above Italy with a score of only 46%.
