A response from my Congressman.

Note how Social Security is capitalized in the first sentence, referring to the program. In the second paragraph, it is not. That is telling.

The third paragraph is DOGE nonsense.

Over 2/3rds of the people this man represents receive Social Security benefits.

Countless Americans have worked their entire lives, contributing to this vital program with the promise that their government would honor its obligation and pay them what they deserve in retirement.
