Our group of canvassers out Saturday knocking doors from Kennesaw to downtown Marietta ahead of Tuesday's special election for Cobb County Commission District 2 and District 4. Almost everyone we talked to committed to going out and voting, and we even signed up a few new volunteers.

There is a special election in Cobb County that will determine the balance on the county commission. Turnout is key in these and we'll be knocking doors Saturday at 1:30pm to turnout Democrats for this election. Election day is 2/11. Early Voting starts 2/1. www.michealgarza.com/event/se_0201/

A lot of orgs tout winning %s of the candidates they endorse. But this post sings the praises of an org (Fighting 50) that endorsed NO winning candidates in 2024. Their state house candidates ran in unwinnable red districts in GA and bucked the red shift in swing states.
