Aren't there some Blu-ray titles, like FMA:B where the majority of the secondary market Blu-rays are also bootlegs? That was my impression from Blu-ray.com's forum at least.

Rise of Skywalker is of course the most afraid of saying something the series has ever been, and Mando never wants to go beyond fun themepark ride (at least S2 on).

It varies a lot. I don't think the casino planet in Last Jedi or all of Andor are timid about what they think at all.
