Almost got punched once for asking if a fervent pro-lifer was a coward or a liar? He said abortion is an actual murder of a baby but there was a Planned Parenthood was a couple blocks away. If I believed there was an infant murder factory in a strip mall, I wouldn’t be hanging out at a coney nearby.

Having your hopes and dreams tied up in Zach Wilson and Justin Fields does strange things to a man.

Do you think making one slightly larger was part of the commissioning? Observed in the subject? Artistic license? Or a close enough situation?

Also known as every Packers-Lions game for the last 30 years

Couldn’t possibly be it

I agree. It’s mostly the old timers that still run a lot of law firms. It is getting harder to convince clients to even meet for lunch as they are comfortable at home

It looked more like box checking than anything else. “We have to stand up for our guy so i skated a bit while holding jersey.” Larkin and Lucas were the only ones who didn’t look like he was going through the motions.

The book was probably better. However, the miniseries was one of the best things i’ve seen on tv in the last few years. Very well executed and not exploitative at all

I was unaware of it until the miniseries which was also well done

Fun? Fact: this reminded me of the first time someone argued to me Hitler was actually right circa 2008. Weird and pathetic guy. Hadn’t thought about him in 20 years. Anyway, this motivated me to search for him. Seems like he suffers from arrested development.

Tracy Letts having an earned moment in the sun is a welcome reminder that the work can be enough

Michigan has the same annual cap on property taxes. It has less to a lot of downtown Detroit real estate remaining fallow or vacant because the taxes were set at purchase at the nadir of value so they can sit on the land waiting for a windfall

Lions offense has drawn 1 (meaningless) DPI since start of 2024 season. No other team has less than 9 in that span. During the same interval Lions D have been called for 25 DPI second only to Denver. -24 DPI differential is 7 more than any other team.

“Actually, it’s just ephebophilia” but for fascism.

I am certain he could be goaded into doing one against @aoc.bsky.social on live TV that would be devastating for him
November 15, 2025 at 10:24 PM
“She was going to be an adult eventually anyway” is the defense we should have seen coming
November 15, 2025 at 2:38 AM
@realgdt.bsky.social should not have cast Jacob Elordi. There are too few roles for ugly actors
November 15, 2025 at 2:25 AM
Worth watching?

I saw the clip of Portnoy getting yelled at by the guy. It was wild. Just in broad daylight and kept walking nonchalantly.
November 10, 2025 at 2:09 AM
To be fair, the crowd was easily 40% Lions fans
November 10, 2025 at 12:11 AM
Weird how much better the offense is when it isn’t 30% screens. 30% first down runs and 30% dump offs into the flats.
