Went to my doctor this morning for a routine checkup. Lab had lost my test results & a big scramble ensued. While I waited, the printout arrived. It was for a guy who lived in Maryland, not Ohio. Argued with my MD & his staff until they conceded the results weren't mine. Customer service isn't dead.

I can't talk to you right now. Just got back from my vacation in Tennessee and I'm planning my next trip there, which I hope will be soon.
