Most consistent I think with a bullet

I appreciate your commitment to trying to emphasize the nuance… I keep trying to say if he was his usual happy go lucky “everything is fine” we’d have a bigger problem on our hands. Everything is not fine but that’s a long way from “this is all broken and we can’t fix it”

Couldn’t agree more. Blanch fresh green beans not canned. But definitely use the canned soup. Thin it a little bit with some heavy cream and garlic and a lot of red chili flake and then use 14 boxes of Frenchs fried onions and you’re all set.

Did that person… die? 😢

This would never happen but what if the luxury tax got spread amongst smaller market teams contingent upon them using it for payroll somehow… give big market teams the opportunity to spend to retain or recruit while also adding some salary to lower earning teams…

A salary cap would make it better, I think it’s time.

Going back to 2015, when we saw the Royals beat the Mets, (13th ranked payroll to 18th) there are often as many small market teams going deep as big. notably coming to mind, the diamondbacks making it all the way before losing last year. Always fun when the payroll giants get taken down in October.

While I might agree with the premise that salary cap might increase peril, I disagree with the idea that spending the most money has consistently yielded winning teams, in fact we have a lot of evidence that these teams that buy their teams often fall short, many times not even making the playoffs.

He still deserves all the hate for the way he handled it though. But the premise that he was also stupid to think he should’ve gotten the ball is just wrong imo.

Hahaha 😂 I appreciate the engagement back and forth. Stand by my opinion though. The clunky hands are UGLY when they show up, we can agree on that.

AND i think it’s a stretch to say “Julius Randle was being smart thinking Rudy wouldn’t catch that entry pass.” Nah he got an iso called for him and wanted to make a play and so he didn’t make the correct read. Selfish by both players. Shit that losing teams do.
November 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Again, I just think that’s more of a reputation thing than an actual playing the numbers and percentages truth. We remember him dropping easy passes. Percentage-wise that was the high efficiency smart play to make, he’s going to most often just get wrapped up and get 2 free throws.

That being said, the 3 seconds the foul, the pouting, all just garbage from a guy we need to lead. After that moment it was clearly a loss even with 5 minutes left
November 23, 2024 at 4:01 PM
You’re so tight. Why are you the only person who consistently talks about this shit without being scared. 🫡
