This is one of the best books on this subject I have ever read! How does consciousness arise from a collection of cells? The hard problem of consciousness will probably remain a question forever...

...but this book provides some interesting approaches🧐🧠

What. A. Book.
Simply put, this book by @charan-neuro.bsky.social is brilliant! The question should not be why we forget things, but why we remember! Memories are not just a mere relic of days gone by, they also influence our present and future! This book explains this in a fantastic way

Re-read this book! Despite all the research, it remains to be said that exercise is NOT a magic pill! Exercise makes no evolutionary sense, we need more physical activity - absolutely yes - but telling everyone they need to exercise is nonsense! Stay active & vary your movements!

‚Cosmos‘ is not only one of the best-selling science books of all time, but also one of the most important! To know that there are more planets out there than sand on all the beaches in the world is unimaginable to me & makes me doubt that no other planet is inhabited..but with what?

Every time I read a book on the subject of evolution,it makes me look humbly at my own existence.Evolution is the driving force for all living things that have ever lived on this earth & will remain so.Superb 📕 that beautifully highlights the fact that we’re not so different from other living beings
