I say 'American' specifically because I prefer to identify with the landmass rather than with the country of the USA. It's just convenient for me that both potentially signified meanings are accurate.

Oh, that's what I meant. I subtracted 7 from 12 to get the scale, then accidentally typed out 0.000005 instead of 0.00005 as I was composing the skeet -- then copypasted that into the calculator for the $ amount. So for the corrected one I just moved the decimal in both.
