Western Washington will receive significant rainfall through Wednesday.

My team is working with the National Guard to prepare for the impacts of this severe weather system — stay safe, heed warnings from local officials and be alert for flooding, strong winds, power outages and landslides.

It didn't rain on us (much) for our 6 mile trail run today. We went to the deep woods where she can go off-leash.
We're close to 950 miles together so far this year, I'm hoping we hit 1k.
Late afternoon on the edge of a lake in the PNW. Tall pines tower overhead, and yellowed brush hangs over the water A white husky contemplates a U shaped bend in a forest trail of moss and trees. I'll be honest I have no idea what this fungi (slime?) is. It's bright orange and sort of crinkled and ridged like a human brain and and it's growing in the side of a tree.
