In the UK, in three nationally representative birth cohorts, adolescent cigarette smoking declined from 33% in 1974 to 25% in 1986 and to 12% in 2018.Contemporary youth who used e-cigarettes had a similar probability of smoking cigarettes to youth observed five decades earlier.https://bit.ly/4lDFCSe

Kennedy said “The cigarette industry is peddling a deadly weapon…cigarettes would have been banned years ago were it not for the tremendous economic power of their producers.” Will Robert Kennedy Jr curb Big Tobacco influence, rather than research and staff numbers?
