Growth has stalled on this platform significantly in terms of new user, but it seems like the engagement is still strong.

The deep goal of bluesky is to decentralize the social internet so that every individual controls their experience of it rather than having it be controlled by 5 random billionaires. Everyone thinks they signed up for a demuskified twitter...we actually signed an exciting and bizarre experiment.

No one cares that your product is AI-powered just as I dont care that my lamp is electricity-powered.

I just need to know that it produces light.

🧑‍💻 Solve a problem for 1000 people and you have a startup

🦄 Solve a problem for 10,000 people and you have a unicorn

In the new startup ecosystem I see so many:

- neat tools to optimize dev work
- tools to do general marketing sales tasks a bit faster or cheaper

I think the truly successfull products solve deep problems in the real world. None of this frothy stuff will make it.
