It’s about to get real.

For once, Harvard is on the right side of history. It wouldn’t have happened without students and faculty standing up and fighting back. In union there is strength.

Striking workers at Amazon and Starbucks are teaching us all a lesson in solidarity. Respect the picket line. Support the strike.

My paper seeks to answer the following question: Do sanctuary jurisdictions actually evidence observable differences in detention outcomes -- measured in rates of immigrant detention and of ICE detainer orders honored -- for the populations they are intended to protect?
