Meta literally created a LGBTQ exception for calling someone mentally ill as an insult. You can't do it for any other group except LGBTQ people.

This isn't a culture war. This is the only trans congresswoman, ever being bullied through the press and legislation, and having only 1 of hundreds of colleagues stand up for her. They can do more than 1 thing at a time. Defending her will not take so much effort that they can't do their jobs.
Defending Sarah McBride is absolutely the right thing to do, and yet there’s also the risk of being baited into yet another culture war cycle that distracts from the Republican grift. Her statement suggests she wants to move forward, and I think it’s wise to take the cue from her.

An absolute no brainer for DNC chair is @benwikler.bsky.social . Thanks to what Ben built at WisDems, when the country swung ~6 points to the right this cycle, Wisconsin only swung 1.5 points to the right, while actually *adding* seats in the state legislature and holding onto Tammy Baldwin's seat.

Turning my phone off was the biggest win. I should try it out more
If you can escape reality and go to Disney World I highly recommend it. Being mostly off my phone this week has made me feel so free. Is this what normal, well-adjusted people who aren’t terminally online feel like?
