I'm not surprised. Penn st does have quality WRs, ND has elite DBs, and James Franklin and his offensive coaching staff struggle with creativity and rely on specific weapons too much ( i.e. Tyler Warren).

If A FA ended the year injured amd get resigned by his former team to more than a prove deal that will give me more confidence to draft him.

Our fan base hates this signing i think its a great low key move. If he can stay healthy he could have a really good year.
