Important further info: the email was sent only to ICE HSI, the arm of ICE more traditionally involved in worksite raids.

It applies to any agricultural facility, restaurants, and hotels, and bars arresting workers, really.

Other businesses, including factories, are presumably still fair game.

RFK Jr now going after ALL vaccines.

He argues that the Covid vaccine (which he’s restricted) was the only one that had proper safety testing.

He says they “dysregulate the immune system”.

Get your boosters. He’s setting the stage for “natural immunity” where only “the strong survive”

Farmworkers are hiding because Trump made them targets.

Without farmworkers, the crops that feed our nation rot and our tables go empty.

This isn’t strong immigration policy — it’s economic sabotage fueled by hate.

President Trump’s federal agents are now chasing migrant farm workers through fields — and circling them with a CBP chopper normally used to track smuggling at the border — in the heart of the nation’s agricultural economy. here’s my report from Ventura County, California.

It is hosted on the Department of Commerce website (the Department of Commerce has no immigration functions whatsoever that I am aware of).

this attempt to create a new version of what it means to be an American, do we have birthright citizenship in which people who are born here are the basis of who we are as a country & we want to protect? Or do we say we are a country based essentially in white supremacy?

The Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 created the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. I reread it today; nothing in the law allows a president to defund PBS and NPR. In fact, Congress specifically sought to insulate public media from political pressure.

The savvy will scoff, but I am completely serious about this. Congressional Dems should introduce a constitutional amendment to limit the pardon power and force votes on it whenever they can. Dem presidential wannabes should endorse the idea. Blue states should signal support.

Today marks 15 years since the Affordable Care Act became law. When Republicans tried to repeal it, John McCain stood up to his party and voted no.

Now with Trump about to gut Medicaid, do any Republicans have the courage to oppose his plan and protect Americans' health care?
