The fastest and most dangerous things on the road are:
1. Rental cars with full coverage
2. Soccer parents trying to break light speed in the monster SUV to get junior to practice 5 minutes ago
3. Plumbers who bid the job not T&M

2 of 3 are on truck frames. I'm with you.

The Avs are at +46. NHL stats page doesn't include the "shootout winner" unlike the standings page. By my count, they have eclipsed the next 3 teams combined.

I suspect the trend line is going to be the referees' bias to parity. The ability to draw or inability to avoid penalties will push a team above or below it.

I also wonder about PP/PK success and how it plays. Good PP, fewer drawn penalties seems like a natural correlation, but is it?.

You missed "Party Sub" that might take out the whole of the GOP. It's the sandwich "nuclear option."

I live in an area where there is Walmart, Albertson's, and Amazon. That's about it. Everything else has died and the building has turned into a bar or a cheezy souvenir shop. There isn't a clear alternative. I'd love to pay with my politics, but it's not an option.

It's nice in theory, but if the rise of Amazon and Walmart show anything, people want the cheapest crap they can get their hands on. They're not voting with their wallets otherwise small retailers on Main Street would be thriving.

He rides on the dark Bond that Dalton created as an antidote to Connery/Moore. Craig's Bond is by far the most complex. Calling Dench's M "Mum" set the stage for every film after.

Gulyavev has been playing in the KHL for a month. He's not even under contract. What are these scratch lists for?
October 2, 2025 at 1:25 AM
There's names on this scratch list I haven't heard before.

The Administration has far more resources to bring to bear on any company that might attempt to follow this as a policy. States like CA that pay far more Federal than they receive have been talking about this for a while. Not happening without secession.

No vitriol intended. I love this stuff, and go back and forth with analytics and the eye test, letting each inform the other.

Keyboard control is another matter entirely.

I was about to say this has eyeball tester and the spreadsheet jockey in me frothing! Not sure what actually happened.

Take away the eligibility requirement, and the NFL will have competition. The NCAA is nearly just another pro league as it is. Pretty soon we'll be talking about the NFL high school draft.

Maybe he'd prefer a 5th? I'm sure he's old enough by now.
September 17, 2025 at 7:59 PM
Wouldn't that be "Waisted Time?"
September 12, 2025 at 6:40 PM
Does anyone know his prior behavior with Carolina? Was he an early attendee, or did he wait for camp to join in?

Doordash called me from my front porch rather than ringing or knocking. Maybe they don't want to get shot?
