I made mozzarella cheese yesterday with a cheesemaker.ca kit, and tonight we made Napoletana pizza (with pre-made dough, because one can only do so much). It was so tasty! I’m chuffed as.

Watched Dune: Part Two on my flight home. The zucchini in my garden had become gigantic in my absence. The idea would just not go away, so tonight, I let it out.

Back in May 2024, approximately 9 years ago, the Aurora Borealis was visible in my neck of the woods. I’d never seen it before and it was rad. The Big Dipper in drag.
