I made mozzarella cheese yesterday with a cheesemaker.ca kit, and tonight we made Napoletana pizza (with pre-made dough, because one can only do so much). It was so tasty! I’m chuffed as.

Back in May 2024, approximately 9 years ago, the Aurora Borealis was visible in my neck of the woods. I’d never seen it before and it was rad. The Big Dipper in drag.
