Mal has 2 very obvious facial scars. The one on her lip is from the time her mother pushed her too far during training during which Ashe sliced her lip open. The one on her forehead is from her first ventures outside of the forest, when she was assaulted on the road by a stranger #tavember #tavqotd

Maleane actually keeps most of her life in a backpack on her back. Which was greatly improved when Gale gifted them enchanted bags of holding. Before that, Mal & Astarion had multiple hidden stashes in places (mausoleums & such) they visited to keep stolen jewels & other things #tavember #tavqotd

Throughout their years together, Mal develops an eye for what looks nice and acquires a sense of personal style. Which often incorporates elements of both: her natural inclination for comfort & details that make the look more polished/fancy. But when she's in the forest? There's no need for jewels.

Maleane likes practical, comfortable outfits with a bit of flair best. She has very little understanding of fashion and styling despite finding all the fancy fabrics and shiny jewels pretty. It's Astarion who takes it upon himself to dress her, especially for special occasions #tavqotd #tavember

For a person as complex & complicated as Mal is, she actually had a pretty straightforward understanding of the main mission. It was the same one she had her whole life. Survival. Early on, Maleane was just focused on getting the tadpole out of her head to prevent ceremorphosis #tavqotd #tavember

Pain is a pretty obvious limit, so I'll leave it out of this equation. Mal has hard boundaries in regards to her sense of freedom, but especially her mind. Mind-reading is a big no-no. That's why having the Emperor invade her mind contributed greatly to pushing her to her limit #tavqotd #tavember
