Shatter my heart

But it’s such an aesthetically pleasing letter

I’m hoping so!

I just finished green angel and cried even more than I did as a kid. Then I read green witch and felt better

Sometimes you need to make yourself more of a nuisance to ignore than not. I hate it so much, but I’m constantly battling to get a medication I need for life quality. I have to call multiple times a day for up to a week before I get anywhere.

If uoud find it helpful, There’s also a YouTube channel (shaan Kasan) that has a lot of recovery stories - I’ve found it helpful to listen to them because it gives me hope even when the days suck

💚 I get that - at first even leaving my bed was terrifying. And doctor appts are where it started for me!

But it takes a lot of time and practice. If you are open to books, Barry McDonagh’s “dare” is super helpful.
(Also, hugs. Anxiety is true torture).

The key I’ve found is doing it scared and not trying to fight the anxiety. Let my body freak out - it can’t actually hurt me, it just feels (extremely) uncomfortable

My husband and I call it the “activation” noise. Cat, activated!

This is why I’m leaning self publishing, at least for my own sake. That way, at least it’s out there, somewhere.

I’m so sorry that happened 💚 I’m glad you are recovering, even if the process is slow

I adore Polly !

Mmm i love her attitude. From her skepticism to studying ahead for any return to Narnia. And Jill, unlikely many of the characters, doesn’t fit an archetype neatly. I always found her more interesting as a result.

Edmund is tied with Jill as my all time favorite in Narnia. His character development? His wisdom in The Horse and His Boy? A+
