MixPre-3 1st gen. You can tell by the orange handles on the front and it only has 3 knobs instead of 4. It’s my backup unit.

I also have a MixPre-6 II that I typically use and was using elsewhere at this time.

PRE-production is by far the most important phase. Planning out a streamlined media production system with clear processes assigned to specific roles within an established timeline is essential to having a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone that helps generate the best media possible.

I was sick to my stomach when I saw this. It absolutely changes my relationship with them. The clear message is that they put profit over people. This frames any previous efforts they’ve made to bolster diversity and inclusion in a much different light. I don’t remember ever being so disappointed.
