I remain confused as to how the ABILITY TO SEE is not considered medically necessary and not something provided by standard health insurance. They cover pretty much any other physical disability.

In actuality they are giving the money to investors to play with.
This isnt helping new parents. Its just another way of funneling wealth to the rich.
