I live in an area of working poor, and it's surprising how little beef the grocery store pre-cuts for the meat case these days. It's there, but it's (pardon the pun) rare for them to cut more than a few steaks or roasts lately. The most affordable proteins are pork & chicken (when on sale.)

ICE in Burnsville, MN followed a family home, broke down their door, and abducted 4 of them at gunpoint including the parents of a 7 year old and the husband of a pregnant woman. All of this occurred without a warrant for a home owned by a US citizen. (12/6/25)
