And we’re back to our walking + working out agenda!!! A part of me debated if I should wait until AFTER the move to start working out again but why wait when I could get back into NOW? It was also already hot at 9am. 😮‍💨

Feels good to be walking again after tweaking my knee last weekend. Plus I’ve been dealing with large amounts of stress and not properly addressing it with some form of movement. Movement and exercise impacts mental health just as much as physical health. ✨

Today’s walk was a lot better (minus Doodle being a maniac with all the little dogs 🫠). But at least the weather was nice and not humid as can be.

No circuit training today, aiming to go to kickboxing tonight. ✨
