For me having various refresh rates makes fullscreen (and borderless) applications on the higher refresh rate monitor cap at the rr of the lower hz monitor, and this is seemingly a very widespread issue, although it might be an nvidia-specific issue

it sucks because x11 has horrible screen tearing at best for different refresh rate monitors which makes it impossible for me to play anything at a comfortable fps, and wayland is still fairly unstable so i have to choose the lesser of two evils

The way that LLMs work is entirely token based
It can’t really parse the meaning behind anything passed to it, it just converts all the words you pass to it into numbers and then guesses a list of numbers that would emulate the training data to respond with
