Barring medics from helping:a war crime 18-year-old Muhammad Raslan Mahmoud Asmar was shot by Israeli soldiers in his village northwest of Ramallah. Witnesses say the teen was left to bleed out as Israeli forces barred Red Crescent medics from approaching. The soldiers then seized his lifeless body.
