Snow falling on my slumbering garden, just a few tenacious roses and the hardy fish in our dainty pond remind me of what was just a few weeks ago. If only the snow could blanket my anxiety and calm my worry in the same way.

Yesterday I presented to employees in a NE Ohio city. We talked about how to stress less during the holidays. Afterwards one of the members of the fire department came up to share the following thought,
