this is actually my biggest piece of career advice outside of hollywood too. people will remember how you treated them. people will remember what it was like to work with you. people talk. the world is smaller than you think.
My biggest Hollywood career advice is just to be kind to everyone you meet whenever possible. Don't let you competitiveness get in the way of character. I definitely have regrets in this regard, & as you age you learn your relationships are everything & you never know who can help or hurt you later.
