I made this about 5 months ago. It is a Pork Wellington with a Hatch Chile pan sauce, served with a Fennel and Asian Pear Salad in a Dijon vinaigrette. Best cook on a pork tenderloin that I've gotten so far. #food #cooking #wellington

This was a while ago, but this is I think my favorite blue piece. Lovely Iris! Love a watercolor.
A collage of mad magazine clippings, burnt paper, ballpoint pen and acrylic paint. It is of a goldfish tank with four large pink fish, an assortment of tiny, red and yellow goldfish. The main focal point is the tombstone tank decoration, and behind it a bikini bottom style sandcastle. The water has been painted texturally blue.
