Exactly. I was at Anfield when we played Fulham last year and it was a rough match-they matched us goal for goal (them ahead some of the time) until we finally got the win.

Maybe it’s a shoot yourself in the foot thing-you were having a good time and your pain body couldn’t handle it and made your brain short circuit. It happened to me on vacation once too-scared me so much I didn’t want to ever go away again. Don’t let it get you down. Live your best life!

Just remember when it gets particularly rough that it is always darkest before dawn-and sharing your feelings will help someone either understand your pain or help them with their own. I’m here always-there’s a time difference, but I’ll always get back with you.

Me too. For years I struggled silently because I was told to just suck it up. Now I struggle to release it because I don’t know how. 🫤
