Not a fan of this live-action remake of Parable Of The Sower
I've had a couple of drummers ask about the drum rug markers I use to make set up so much faster

I suggest the colored ones - which I was unable to get, so I used the more discreet numeric ones

The numbers take noticeably longer to spot than colors would

We tried scattering zinnia seeds in a part of the backyard where we weren't sure there was enough sun for them - turned out fine!

They are not only beautiful themselves, but attract butterflies such as this Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, which has several preferred host plants nearby

Fantastic review of new research by @erictopol.bsky.social showing link between microbiome & sweet tooth. Its all about the freefatty acid receptor FFar4 - this was lower in people with diabetes/High sugar preference & linked to decreased Bacteroides vulgatus which makes vit B (pantothenic acid) 🧪

Days later she died from encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain.

This was one year before the first measles vaccine.

In 1986 he wrote a heartfelt letter to parents about the importance of vaccines.
