This is the book about autism I have been waiting for, written for clinicians & everybody else, & includes the voices of a bunch of autistic folks. It is so good & made me understand things about myself I never had words for before 🙌

I know neurodivergent folk come in many flavours & lots of auties find concrete rules helpful. But for PDA autistics, Bluesky’s regular etiquette suggestions can make it really hard to navigate this place as they can send our PDA into overdrive #PDA #autism #actuallyautistic
