My eOPF file has been in the print queue for over a week. I think it’s supposed to give me the option to “View,” but the only one I have now is “Delete.” Any ideas?

This comes up all the time with my patients who have hearing loss and/or tinnitus. Then the social withdrawal-depression cycle gets going as well. Thank you for doing this important work!
