Spent the day in NYC and saw The Late Show w/ Colbert film live. Paul Simon🤩 was the guest and the interview was so fantastic, they are going to have to cut so much to fit the show but I wish everyone could see every minute

I feel more like myself than I have in many, many months - laying in the grass, basking in the sunshine, listening to the birds sing, watching the bees bumble in the clover flowers. Today is a rare sense of peace; tomorrow is another attempt to make the world a little bit better

I had a functional rhinoplasty, I was recommended the surgery 10 years ago to improve my airways, but just kept putting it off

The surgery has improved my life more than I could've imagined. Sleeping, working out, reduced allergies etc. 10/10 would recommend

I recently moved so I went to my local library to get my new library card. Checked out a book I've been meaning to read (Lessons) and they were giving away free books for a march madness bracket (Killers).

Then I went to my local indie bookstore and bought two books!

Good day!

There's so much bad happening right now, but I had a really, really great evening with a friend and got the most amazing deal on some artificial trees on fb marketplace. And it was wonderful to be happy today and take a break from all the sadness. 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

I love Fridays, what a silly email 🪳🪳🪳

There's a lot of reasons why I work for the State of CT, but the healthcare is definitely a major reason. "What you pay: $0" on a $30,000 dollar bill. No copay, no deductible. My premium is like $45 a paycheck. Everyone deserves this type of healthcare. Life changing.
