The student was reportedly detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and remains in federal custody, according to an email sent by the university Tuesday evening.

I voted no on the confirmation of Sean Duffy because Donald Trump is unconstitutionally freezing federal funding that Congress approved to benefit the American public. Democrats must stand up to this unlawful power grab. The consequences are enormous.
