Just did some shopping in Tesco. The lady behind the till had to ask me what a red cabbage was. Are we really that disconnected from real food? When you stop and think what percentage of a supermarket isn’t prepackaged or ultra processed, is it any wonder?!

@westmidrailway.bsky.social still a complete and utter shambles on the cross city line. Rush hour train with only 3 cars. Crammed in cheek by jowl - deeply unpleasant. Still operating reduced frequency in rush hour - pandemic finished a long time ago. Mess.
