Did that thing where I pick tomatoes from the garden and eat them ten minutes later
Two pan-toasted bagels, halved and open-faced. On them are generous helpings of sliced, freshly picked tomatoes, fried bacon, and scrambled eggs that have been cooked in those circular corrals that make them fit on sandwiches. On the scrambled eggs are pepper flakes and Mexican hot sauce. The bagels have varying amounts of cream cheese and guacamole on them, to taste. The early afternoon sun illuminates them deliciously. I have been drinking. The same egg tomato bacon cream cheese and guacamole bagel sandwiches, from above.
