I made some delicious congee, which has helped me feel full while it hurt to swallow. I have lots leftover, but now I can swallow! I think I'll freeze some for the next time I'm sick!

Also I asked for a 3 in nub of ginger & the DoorDasher got me 4 huge pieces. What do I do with all this ginger?! 🙃
