Now also the Finnish authorities say that they have so far not found evidence of either intentionality (making it sabotage) or that Russia is involved. This is unsurprising as intention would be hard to prove

The word is out, all AI Act trilogue participants said to agree that 24 month transition period is too long. Better estimate said to be 12-18 months instead. This is major if it holds. #AIAct
