Would love to read any take comparing this approach with current existing disease-modifying therapies for #MS. Are those immunotherapies targeting the same cells? Is there actually any significant difference in the proteins targeted by #MS drugs and the ones used by @scheibenbogen.bsky.social ?

From my end I had all this (severely) out of range since day 1. Deficit Manganese was easy to test and apparently common (and overlooked) in many #pwME.

If easy to access I would definitively like to test for some set of aabs... even if we don't know exactly what to look for in #pwME...?

Accurate. For me, it's all been a matter of learning to live with the 1865 mindset. Like, forget modern medicine exists and all that and it does the trick. At least I am not dissapointed anymore... 🤬

Yes, same. It took 3-4 months to stop dreaming about myself healthy. After that haven't had a single normal dream for the last 2 years. Not one. When very severe more than dreaming it's inquisiton-style torture every night, when severe I am *only* stuck in a traumatic David Lynch movie loop #pwME
