Its a little boring; You send a card to someone and you don't know what they will send you; you need trade coins.. like for a 1 star card its 400 trade tokens which can be earned by accessing the menu like getting card flairs(Obtain Items)

I'm slowly starting to get things physically ready for starting to transition. Just shaved my arms which, while aren't a signal of being a woman as woman do have armhair, it is a start to show some form of feminity as my natural arm hair was very dark and bushy which added thickness to my arms.
